Welcome to our Life Group for the perinatal and postpartum journey! This is a safe, supportive space created for you—to feel seen, heard, and cared for as you step into this season of growing your family.
Here, we focus on wellness, health, and wholeness. Together we’ll talk about all things pregnancy, birth, and beyond - share stories, ask questions, and learn from each other. You’ll find encouragement for the tender moments, reassurance for the uncertain ones, and strength for the days that feel heavy.
Most of all, this group is about connection. You are not alone—here you are surrounded by men & women who are intentional, understand, lift each other up, and who remind one another that we are both gentle and strong, growing and resilient!
